FACTS
WOM, I know you will argue the following, regardless to you if it is the truth. The recent statements made by southernboy is the simple act of a disgruntled ex-employee.
SOUTHERNBOY
*Stole 10k from a Phoenix money raise.
*TRIED to do a check scam through the ST. Tammany Parish D.A.s office.
*Did not do his job and did not produce one cent for Phoenix in over 1 year of employment.
*Would be the last person that the feds would contact for information.
PREACHERMAN
*Was terminated by his church as a preacher for conducting an ongoing sexual relationship outside of his marriage.
*Was released from Phoenix for working two to three days a week and two to three hours per day.
*Continued his on-going sexual relationship on Phoenix time and telephones. (Call records to mistress on record)
* PA and CA loaned this guy a substantial amount of money to help him and his family, he has repaid NOTHING!
*After all of the help given to him by Phoenix, this guy calls every party Phoenix does business with to get them to turn on Phoenix.
MIKE RILEY
* Faked a stroke while in an Ohio court recently in an attempt to sway the Judge on his CONVICTION sentencing.
*Refused to meet with his buddy V. Promuto while Riley was in Jail. Promuto was Riley's financier throughout all of Riley's criminal acts.
*Riley's frivolous federal lawsuit against PA and BC was thrown out of court.
Phoenix will staighten out it's problems and be back stronger than ever.
Anybody that listens to people like southernboy, preacherman, etc., should not be surprised when their information turns out to be false and misleading. These LIES are made for personal gains and are not done in the interest of Phoenix or its stockholders.
