My point exactly...Spooz is transitioning to a growth company, meaning revenue. PR's should be forthcoming regarding information regarding deals that were under negotiation up to July 31, 2008.
What exactly will be in those PR's, I don't know, but investors should be getting some more details answers in the very near future.

History
Spooz began as Spooz Publishing Group, Inc. in 2001 in Austin, Texas as a one-man brokerage firm located atop a bar at Sixth Street and Trinity. The company operated as a small brokerage until early 2002 when its original software products were developed. The company installed its first version of SpoozToolz on November 4, 2001 at several feedlots in the panhandle.

From January 2002 through December 2002 the company experienced rapid growth while engaging in an experiment to build the model IB for the modern era. With almost no revenues in January 2002, the company grew to about $190,000 a month in commissions by the end of August of that same year. Spooz Publishing Group generated almost $1 million in revenues for the 2002, 2003 calendar years.

At the end of September 2003, Spooz sold its commodities book to an employee who wished to remain in Austin while Spooz transitioned its offices to Chicago, and its business model from a brokerage firm to a software and technology solutions company.

In January 2004, that transition process began. The year 2004 did not bring much in the way of revenues to the company, instead, the emphasis was on the myriad of areas where transitions needed to occur. Below are some the milestones Spooz accomplished:

Move operations from Austin, Texas to Chicago Board of Trade Building
Establish Spooz, Inc. as a public company
Establish strategic partnership for data feed and historical data
Establish website for SpoozToolz with online sales, software download features, and auto-update for evolving software products
Launch first product (SpoozToolz) in the commodities market place
Evaluate and refine product offering
File broad provisional patents on developing technologies
Establish strategic partnership for FCM distribution of SpoozToolz
Establish strategic partnership for direct sales of SpoozToolz and TicketToolz
Establish partnership for global exchange connectivity
Establish strategic partnership for development of TicketToolz and future products
Establish reseller sales program

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
