a pr stated that they will start using the 50 mill once the equity fund has aquired the 51% needed for voting rights...IMO, they are playing it smart cause once they use the 50mill, this stock will explode! If that happens bf the equity fund seizes the required shares, then they will have to up their bid by a lot to convince shareholders to hand over their shares...ss prices go up, ppl will start demanding more for their shares....since these two are on the same team, this strategy will be better in the long run for the equity fund to buy cheaper than they have to....with such a low float, this stock would explode if the 50 million were to be applied....cant wait !!!
