I have to assume that some part of what has been going on would raise doubt as to the legality of the operation as a whole. But I am not an attorney.I too have seen pictures on the AQUI web site showing trucks filled with product, but where did the product go?I have heard of contracts for 500,000,000 and then 118,000,000. But without a plant or an outsource, or the water iself, how can it happen. Im sure that I missed some of the details but they will come to play. My attorney stated that because of the sensitivity of the information they have found,he can not reveal that information at present. However, he did state that they are preparing doucmentating to be forwarded to the US Attorneys Office.

There has been one occasion where I contacted another board member with information that I had found and the information was not well received. So any investor out there that is troubled with what has been presented, I ment no ill will towards anyone. I do believe that for the most part each investor should post information, so as to reveal information that will benifit other investors.
