Any idea on new dollars that would need to be invested to buy the shell from Dorough? Are we talking $50K or $500K? How about $0. BHUB might be more of a liability to him than an asset.
But, let's just say that $50K is the figure. If there are 300 investors on this board, each with a $1000 invested at an average of .0026. Could we get them to spend $166 to get a third of their money back? Probably not. What if the perception was that they could spend $166 to double their money? Maybe.
So, how could we get the price to .005? A reverse split would need to be a off the table, and reverse merger probably needs to be on the table. The NSS would need to be covered to get to .005. Raise the shares to 1.5 B like the DTC probably requires, but don't raise them to the 5.0B.
These types of actions may take a different CEO to execute. Thus, shareholders buying the shell from Dorough seems like a good idea to me. Especially after he went AWOL. Would he take $50,000 for it?
Fletch: I'm afraid I'm gonna have to pull rank on you. I didn't want to have to do this. I'm with the Mattress Police. There are no tags on these mattresses.
