They can't keep free falling here at these prices without eventually landing at .0001
Selling shares for cash at this level requires shares in the billions not millions. They will need to reverse soon.
Hate to say it but they have backed themselves into a corner once again. Personally I think they reversed last time too early. Should have sunk the pps then and raised enough money to operate at a loss for at least a year without having to dilute.
They would just now be diluting and they would have had a years time with 20 million O/S to provide something positive. Might have even saved the centers they lost which appear to have been lost due to financial troubles.
I don't see how any management company would tell them to just keep on diluting and releasing nonevent PR's in between PR's for major events that don't seem to come true. No updates on Texas expansion, funding or BWI airport? But they have PR'd back to school advertising and current information status.
But on a positive note it is about time they admitted their business model was broken, or at the very least run poorly by current management. Too bad it had to be nearly obliterated before they admitted it.
