Any short position claim is lame. They claim they are worth 500 million based on another none reporting pink sheet stock price who they have pumped claiming a buyout.. There is always a reason they do not file. Use common sense. Anyone call the TA today to confirm the reduction in shares.. They claim restricted shares as not part of the float... I have heard that claim before after finding out those restricted shares were released into the market..
