What should Intel do?
Given that FASB and associated agencies will be developing "new rules" to cover stock option expensing, it would be silly for Intel to change reporting now to an "intel developed" system only to have to change it again in a few years when the "official" system comes out.

OTOH, I would expect them to QUIT evangelizing against stock option expensing based on this vote. We will see if they take the hint.
