Does your country have volunteer firefighters, guardian angels, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guardian_Angels ), philanthropists, or Good Samaritans?

If those concepts are foreign to you then I don't think you understand why some people want to put a stop to fake companies who are abusing the lenient otc pinksheets small stocks status to take hard earned money from honest investors. Antifraud laws are so slow and don't get applied to some companies fast enough (companies are moving on to the next name change before the sec catches up to them) or they are just in another country where its hard to enforce antifraud laws.

I am seeing a little bit of change in some sec laws and nevada laws maybe GBDX is going to be made an example of.
