A poster can make any claim or personal attack on a CEO of the company whose ticker is the TOPIC of the board.

"Galo is this....Galo done thatt... BIHC is going to .0001...Galo is stealing your money...."

But it has to be BIHC Topic and CAN NOT attack other BIHC posters.
