RAPAPORT... The CEO of the Global Diamond Exchange Inc., Alexey Cherbekov, resigned his post and was immediately replaced by Slava Beurikov, according to the company's announcement....The company also reported hiring Elena Voushva as its corporate secretary... The company reported that the two candidates were hired by Sib Almaz, which has been identified as a potential takeover candidate of the company.
