I don't. I makes the general public feel better, especially if they say there was NO change on Thurs. It's past tense. They would know if they dumped on Thur or not. If there's not a change there would be no filing anyway. Why would you not want them to confirm that in writing? Just makes it that much better. I have already stated my position here and the fact that no one has come up with a form D, SOS change or anything else yet.

We all know a freightload-- and I mean FREIGHTLOAD, of shares unloaded Thursday in less than an HOUR, so...

I am certainly not ruling out shorting unless you can find me a CD holder able to convert already (A/S was just raised in June), a form D or any exception to the restiction rule, or an updated SOS filing.

HOWEVER, SOME CEOs are actually straight-up people, and

what happended Thurs was outrageous and I would expect any company to want to address it.

Too many shares for it not to have been shorted at all.
