I'm sure what he really meant to say is that he spoke with
Chet Noblett from OneFI technology.

OneFi is the company of which 40% is being purchased by Road Wings. Therefore, Chet has nothing to do with the management of Road Wings directly.

However, he is a seasoned veteran and, as such, Travis (CEO Road Wings) should be listening to him and following his direction. (hint hint Travis)
