For all to remember; Both Baron and the buyer are well established companies. Both have to continue on first and foremost with the normal operating structure. When a sale or acquisition is thrown into the mix while of course there is nothing more profoundly important to us shareholders but many times the process of simply requesting or sending a reply to a request for information or factual statement CAN TAKE DAYS FROM THE TIME THE REQUESTING PARTY RUNS IT BY THEIR ATTORNEY WHO FINALLY GETS AROUND TO FORWARDING TO THE receiving party's attorney who will days later finally look at it and leave a message for his party to contact him to discuss it. Then they contact their attorney and assign an office worker to take care of getting together for a review by the party before its forwarded to there attorney to review who thinks it should be edited and ,,,,,,, all this for just one info request can in and of itself take a week or more easily add in a few things and weeks go by . See how long it took to read just this one!
