What's up to the SEC? The SEC doesn't concern themselves with the likes of MCRT.

At this juncture, there's nothing to base a desire to have fewer sharers or anything else for that matter.

What does anyone actually KNOW about what's going on with MCRT? So, you're right. We wait and see. Mostly wait!

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
