there won't be one; ever again IMHO

this company is toast and thats it.

i've moved on. This was the worst investment of my life. The only total loss I have ever had, because I listed to a lying ..... of a CEO who put out PRs about 'ongoing' business and revenue and then just walks away while diluting the crap out of the company. As far as I am concerned Sam should be charged with investor fraught.
