It is a free country. Free speech is something we have that many countries strive for. But when you have lies and deception from the one who runs the company, that is illegal. Boiler room online BS is illegal.

We all learn lessons everyday...I never put more money than I would toss on a vegas week into any of these crap stocks, so for me, it hurts to lose, but I am not losing my house over any one stock. It is the ignorant one who comes onto these things, believes the lies as truth, do not know any better than to do DD, and buy shares based on the hype of the boards as well positive comments from the company...those are the ones that really get hurt and I feel bad for. They do learn lessons, but unfortunately they are many times hard lessons that hurt them badly.
