I'm betting they do. I think this news is just to grease the skids a bit.

Also, I checked with a colleague who is CEO of a tech/communications company about OneFi product. He was amazed that it has a signal strength out to 20 miles. He said it makes it much easier to "mesh" a city, whatever that means exactly.
