I don't know about that story. If that is true it is not private information so why did Don R. call one (or more?) stockholders to explain the situation but left the rest of us hanging by our thumbs???

I'd like to know if that is in fact the case. It would explain a lot about the delay but then further explanations should be forthcoming. Getting information like that would be considered "material" and I rekon most anyone, knowing the cause for delay, would certainly have taken action based on that knowledge.

The first question to answer is if the story about the sick FDA person is true.
