But, but, but, but there's no SB-1 or SB-2 here--- which means that any sale of securities does not benefit the company. So I'll guess that they sold lotsa shares to nominee friends at very cheap prices like .000001 and the nominees dump them. The money ends up back to Mr. Kistler and Bubbles.
