I think they should hire "Billy Mays" the guy that does the info-mercials for "mighty putty". I'll bet that Rad-seal will seal up plumbing leaks too and at $19.95 plus s&h they at least could put some revenue on the books. It would make it a lot better going in for financing at this point.
