the pr was great but i think new investors dont no what 2 think anymr

in this pr company says its not selling shares but whats the difference bet selling shares and giving shares so someone else can sell it?

i think if it had included statements like we r debt free now after we issued those shares 2 fulfill an old commitment or we will not increase float or os (inst of "not selling shares") then people would feel safer 2 invest

anyways go ccmj!
