There appears to be some incredible disinformation spreading around this rumor board regarding Timberline. Although this is a medium of information exchange I traditionally stay very far away from, I would like to offer those with concerns regarding TLR the opportunity to submit questions to me. Timberline Resources is my largest position because I believe in the business model and more importantly in its seasoned management. I am a shareholder for many years and have been a content buyer during this pullback. The company is one of dozens of paying advertisers on precious metals websites I am a proprietor of; I am biased and not afraid to disclose my true identity and full disclosure, unlike other anonymous posters here.
I could not be more excited by TLR’s future prospects; the SMD acquisition is going to dramatically enhance shareholder valuations. Having watched the business model develop over the past few years has been very exciting. The success of TLR is being noticed by other mining service companies and there is at least one upcoming IPO that looks to also take advantage of this lucrative business model as well. I also do believe that the true market valuation is multiples above the current market price upon completion of the SMD acquisition. I also believe the current market set-up is temporary in nature and the reversal could be vicious. This will be further detailed in my upcoming public reports.
