Doesn't this look same as weeks ago after drop off 4's to high 1's and 2. Then it started slow move up and floated in 2 to 2.8 for a week until Friday July 25 sudden move up until we hit 6. This time it high 2's and low 3's. It starting to slowly move up like before.
