Sony one the biggest things that got me to but what why would buyer want Baron to have showed up and offer up to 20 cents. So Friday June 20 I looked. That took like 30 minutes to know why.

Baron private company for 26 years. Unlike pinks which sell shares to stay in business when making no money private ones have to make money to stay in business.
Mets deal I noticed weeks later buyer showed up. My first thought a competitor who lost to them decided fine I will buy Baron and still get that deal.

The fact Baron sold after 26 years and knowing all the dd they do to sell. It is very hard to sell after 26 years for owners. Galo was after them for a long time before they sold. If they tursted Galo that much so will I.
