I believe they already have them. 32% plus the FFGO holding that is got to be more than 50%. the things is the company expects S.lumb to buy 100% of the shares so they think by holding on to their shares they can atlest get that price for themselves eve nif all others sell. GREEDY. Lumb should push these guys out of mangement and accept the offer himself.
