DIO b/a has been at .10/.11 for 2 weeks. Over a million shares on each side too. Well it just moved up a penny to .11/.12. They had a 29 million share rights offering at .10 a share a month ago. Maybe those shares are finally gone and the stock can start moving up. Jim
