Correction: Co Founder and Sec Laird or one of the owners, the main man has extracted this money. $2.3 mil within a 5 month period.

These are from his holdings, not the S-8. But the purpose of the S-8 is for stock issuance to employee's. Who are the employee's?. They are listed in the Ibox.

What is the purpose of these S-8's?. The money cannot be used to pay down any prior debt, or for borrowing, its primarily an avenue these companies use to pay salaries. Last years S-8 was for more than $10 million dollars. If a crew is contracted to work on these rigs they are making $16/$17 per hour, and from revenues the company should be generating. Do they get paid with stock, more than likely they are cut checks. When this kind of money is getting raked in from shareholders who purchased this stock thats a small price to pay.

When I personally see this and the companies a Senior, and they cannot get paid thru regular means from revenues, its a tale tale sign what is really going on. These S-8's have a tendency to destroy the juniors. These are no modest salaries either,It dilutes the stock and the shareholders pay these outrageous salaries they are all so deserving of. This is the very reason why some want to hook up as a senior.........."These S-8's" offer so much more. Why work and earn their way when enrichment can be obtained thru the means of selling stock.

First comes the issuing of stock and then in turn they turn around and sell these free trading shares into the market, and the shareholder who is holding, or the person who is buying will now find him or herself on the other side of these trades. Its not Pr'd that this is occurring notifying the public they are selling, like a Pr thats issued to rally the stock, its up to the individual to look this information up.
