I think Chicago was number two for having the largest deficit. I'll admit, if Georgia's retirement for state workers was 90% of the salary, I'd work hard to get that job and remain in Georgia. As it is, I'm going to find a state job in Sacramento! LOL!

A Congressional seat would be worth more than IBM's Sam Palmisino's salary and bonuses.

Man, when do we start outsourcing VP level + jobs to save money?
