Right here. That says they paid cash right? This pr is as unambiguous as they get, it was obviously several million dollars in cash. ;)


BIH Corporation (Other OTC:BIHC.PK - News) just announced that after tedious negotiations it has just agreed to expend several million dollars to complete its acquisition of Baron International Inc.
