$40 is my first goal. Once I hit that number I will likely let greed kick in and hold out for more.

A friend of mine and I ran some numbers one night and the $40 was a low side estimate. I think it will likely go higher but if I hold out for the higher price, I will have to start giving money away to charities because I will have too much.
