price target

see my other posts here or yahoo for a more rational target; however, let's have some fun

Asset of land 36M, 1st round of financing 700M = $736000000

divide that by 45M shares = $17.46/share. wow.

lop off 75%, still puts stock at $4.75.share

1 yr revenue projection after operating costs is $3.3/share

(3.3 + 4.75)/2 = $4.025/share

this is my target if they announce that the land has been bought.
