Let me spell it out for you:

Last week the price was $.oo24

20,000% would be 200 x (times) (200% is 2x, 400$ is 4x)

$.0024 X 4 = $.01 (which is where we were yesterday)
$.0024 X 200 = $.48

So perhaps you should rethink your Math! :)
