Lets speculate on the line:

"Dave is the personal assistant to the president"

Notice the term president was used in lieu of CEO? Sure the two terms can be used interchangeably, but if you look at all the other companies that DVFI is interwined with, you will find that TYEG refers to its head honcho as President, and also TYEG is based out of Ontario:

So who wants to wager a bet that the DVFI and TYEG folks got together in Ontario and came to some kind of agreement. Maybe the TWO have finally decided to MERGE - this scenario was hashed out early last year. TYEG has a lot of assets and leases, so this maybe what they are eluding to when they talk about "new assets" coming on board.

Or maybe the former President of TYEG, Leo Lodder, has opted to take up the helm at DVFI?

It's all speculation at this point but I bet it has to involve TYEG in some form or fashion.

Keep in mind that DVFI has a 37% (or was it 27%) stake in TYEG.

This is all IMHO - so don't take it as gsopel!
