NIR Group

Looks like NIR went to sleep. I don't see them anywhere on the list of top 25 PIPE investors. A lot of big boys (check out the who's who in finance)are on the list but not NIR. Maybe they are finally listening to this board and are stopping to do these kind of deals. Interestingly enough NJ Division of Investment is on the list. Could you imagine a government agency doing a PIPES deal. Wow. Let's report them to the SEC.
