Is there any distinction in that information between wells that were drilled but never produced, vs. wells that have been producing, etc. (no)

8 of those wells have "Plug dates" back in the 90s... unfortunately there's not much there for spud dates. At least one of them was plugged in the same month it was drilled/spudded.
I suspect that most of those wells were never developed.
Only Hemi's and one other have the additional info listed to pinpoint the location (NW NE NE NE) within the section.

Drilling a hole in the ground doesn't necessarily deplete an area. I saw several examples there of such wells within a rock's throw of where I was watching the Collins get frac'd. Holes drilled, but immediately abandoned, or just never developed.

This is why I say the Collins lease was previously undeveloped. It's not that there was never a well drilled there... it's that nothing was ever done with the ones that were. Ol' Mr. Collins will finally be getting his piece of the pie.
