Makes sense! TAKK Systems, Inc. wanted a way into the USA market with their beverage control systems; they got their IN through Barons Int'l, http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS170166+01-Jul-2008+MW20080701 ,saw their contacts, contracts and operations and now they want control of it all! It is the most logical guess imo..so if I had to bet my life on it, TAKK would be my guess also!
The only PR released since the announcment of the acquisition was what? Correct!.. the TAKK/Baron PR. This was indeed a joint PR as both companies (TAKK & Baron Int'l) including BIHC were mentioned and both IR Departments were mentioned. That very PR may have been "the hint" the entire time?! Baron Int'l is listed on TAKK's site as a dealer (which isn't a deal sealer just an observation)... http://www.takksystems.com/english/DealerLocator.aspx
If it's not TAKK, then it's a company larger than TAKK/Baron altogether imo. But, I will leave that one to the imagination!
it says to me that TAKK is the buyer afterall. would explain the slipup on her part... would explain the newly painted blue building... would explain a lot!
