I don't assume that past favorable political influence in Abuja remains intact under the surprisingly "new" regime of Yar'Adua. So, any development indicating that Offor and his friends (in this case Addax) remain in GOOD GRACE is worthy of underlining, IMO.
An STP onliner recently described reported NG backing for Sao Tome's negative stance over ERHC's position in JDZ Bls 5&6 as a sign 'the times they are a'changin' in Abuja. But your post helps me think there may be less change than meets the eye, at least as far as we are concerned.
