First, AMGG did 504, I know this for a FACT, the 500 to 1 reverse was done to increase the stock price and let it fall to floor again.

Second, Papaleo and Parker have both stated that all oil wells where taken out by Griggs and Papaleo said that AMGG management knew this coming in.

Papaleo and Parker stated there were not in oil business

These guys did nothing to bring value to the shareholders but issue shares and take money.
