V-Net Beverage -VNTB- Secures New Licensing Agreement for Ginseng Rush and Ginseng Rush XXX

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., May 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
V-Net Beverages (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK) announced that it has entered into a licensing Agreement with Rush Beverage Co., to take on the sales and marketing for its flagship beverage Ginseng Rush and a new entry Ginseng Rush XXX, which is a higher potency of the origin
al formula. Ginseng Rush has been in the market for over 25 years and was fashioned from a drink made in 1906 by Dr. Hugo Pfabe and called Pfabe's Compound Beverage. This beverage was popular in the early 1900's and was a direct competitor with Coca Cola. Like Dr Pfabes's Compound Beverage, Ginseng Rush is produced in Wisconsin and uses only Wisconsin grown American Ginseng.

V-Net will also have the marketing rights for these products in Canada where it plans on introducing Ginseng Rush, Ginseng Rush XXX simultaneously with RUSH COLA early this summer.

V-Net will use Ginseng Rush's current 13 Natural Food Distributors which cover a large portion of the United States. This distribution network comes along with a staff of over 250 in-house sales and broker representatives. This network not only provides sales detail and merchandising services for the Natural and Specialty stores, but the mass-market grocery as well.

Ginseng Rush is an approved product in the Safeway Food store Chain for both dry shelf and its cold boxes. It is currently showing up in many of it's over 500 stores throughout the United States. V-Net will continue the process of guiding Ginseng Rush through the approval process in all classes of trade.

V-Net's response to the new appointment for Ginseng Rush and Ginseng Rush XXX was to secure an Adverting contract with a National Natural Foods trade publication.

V-Net will be introducing Ginseng Rush and Ginseng Rush XXX this summer to all the Natural, Specialty and Store Door Beverage Distributors in various markets throughout the United States and Canada. Ginseng Rush will has its own unique 4-pack design that tells the story of Ginseng beverages in America.

V-Net Beverage's core business is in securing licenses and marketing specialty beverages. V-Net feels that this recent licensing of Ginseng Rush and Ginseng Rush XXX are in line with its future plans for growth and will seek more product lines to grow the company.
