new to this stock-thinking of getting in (but) very risky.

read page 5

1)have never generated any revenues
2)they dont have sufficient funds for operations or any operating cash flow.

they also give you many reasons why this is a huge risk.

if they continue in this fashion- they may have to shut down operations. (just a heads up) please read full sec filing
