see, it all makes more sense now to me (forgive me if someone else has already pointed this out): TAKK wants to be more than just beverage control systems - they want access to BIGGER ACCTS (METS DEAL / UNO CHICAGO) and they want capability to BUILD OUT restaurants beyond just beverages arena (refrigeration, etc).
