BE I see that there is an uncomfortability factor

...still with the Snap debt owed by NeoMedia. As you know, I have a somewhat large contact base within the PWC industry and from time to time, will dialogue with those directly involved with barcoding and our mutual endeavor to get this technology mainstream. What I will do to try an ease the shouting savage soul among us is to see if I can get a postable response from DMB regarding this issue. In the past when I have dialogued with him, he has been a straight shooter and highly professional in his responses to me. However, he may also see this request as not constituting more of his valuable time. Secondly, I will also see if it can be formally addressed during the CC as one of the topics of discussion; at least mention of it, in order to dispell the fear factor or apprehension by some. Whats important to realize is that Snap has and continues to work in close assocaition with Gavitec. Whether one is fully aware of just what that work constitutes or not will IMHO determine how closely they view this relationship. Again, I hope this helps, as I for one have spent way too much time on it.
