Lots of legalese. I think the first agreement was a mou, a memo of understanding, but i may be wrong. In any event, these agreements are weak since they are like a binder on a house and just let people know the parties are trying to come to a final agreement. The key element here was that a gas company is now a party. I don't think the parties would go to all the work if they didn't feel they copuld get it done. If petty succeeds, trust me this stock will be a big winner despite the naysayers. Risk reward on a micro penny stock is huge.
