Tell Thor that AMGG did a 504 - Wheres the Money? and with regard to buying the shell, if they don't do their homework, should the shareholders suffer?

And if they weren't happy with the shell why didn't they give it back to Papaleo or Jerry Griggs?

And what about their Chairman Jerry Parker, $6.5 million in debt?

WHAT A JOKE? A 500 to 1 reverse and let the stock got to a penny? Forget about Griggs CURRENT MANAGEMENT SHOULD GO TO JAIL!
