Let me offer you this to think about then:

After a PP @ 15 cents offer in January of 2006, the PP stock would have been eligible to be sold 1 year later, IF, the company's paperwork was in order.

The company's paperwork was not in order 1 year later; I think deliberately. The stock could not be sold at a profit.

Surprise.

I'd rather invest my money in a hollow log than give it to Tara.
