This is a publicly traded penny stock. They would be idiots if they paid off debt with actual dollars when they can print shares that cost nothing but are as good as cash. Get common shareholders to pay for everything by making them believe they are part of the company just because they bought some stock. All the revenues they keep, the company absorbs the losses, and all the $$$ they make selling stock go into their pockets also.

WIN WIN WIN.

When they need more; put out some PRs to attract new shareholders and continue to make "Longs" feel good about their investment.

Unfortunately, ZVTK's year end was June 30th; no more real financial #s likely until October. Long time to hang out.
