With a 100M share float ($3.2M), I'm surpised management just doesn't take the company private. Right now, I'd be happy with 2x the current price (although I think the price will get much higher in the "near future") They can do a public tender offer.
With the amount of orders they have booked (and cash and inventory), they should be able to get a loan no problem (if they even need to) and pay it off in a few months.
