Neom2006, it does make sense. The recent lows we experienced were principally due to many people giving up the company for dead. No PR's for a year, etc. We now have a product out there and financing to hold us for at least a year. And the promise (i.e. rumour) of other positive news to come.

The market very often prices stocks based on expectations. And the expectations for Neom have just been raised substantially.

At the close I am seeing a bid/ask of .09/.0117 on Ameritrade.
