According to the TA, the 26,855,472,240 certificates have to be mailed in then it takes 3 days from that point to have them cancelled. I just got off the phone and this has not happened yet.
If you add 32,295,377,817 + 26,855,472,240 you get the 59 billion. It would make sense that the share repurchase would have to be complete in before they send them to the TA for cancellation. It is obvious from the last couple of days of trading that the buyback is still taking place. There not going to send 26 billion share certificates piece meal to the TA.
